Why? Him and Pompeo being scheduled to talk today, then the website saying he was no longer president as of 7 tonight, definitely seemed like a fog of war tactic.

He was supposed to speak today wasn't he? And wasn't George Bush reading to kids in an elementary school when 9/11 went down? Where Trump is tomorrow is not even knowable right now, and it doesn't have any bearing on whether or not this plan will happen.
