I can't decided yet. I've thought of possible outcomes based on decisions.
If he sent them back to the legislatures, then all the left would need to do is get enough to squish and it would become a legitimate election. If he tossed out the wrong votes, the Supreme Court could have gotten involved, or the treasonous Congress could have objected to all of Trump's EC votes.
So letting them certify very likely may have been the most optimal decision, especially if they want to drop the hammer on this bullshit.
Also, just thought of this as a possibility--If it turns out Pence is a good guy or a Snape, it makes sense that if he interprets his role as purely ceremonial (as in his statement), then he led the traitors to take the bait without actually participating in certifying the fraud himself in any meaningful authoritative capacity. So when it comes to being prosecuted, he would be innocent of crime, since his involvement had no real authority to certify & therefore did not certify anything. Would make sense to do for someone who needs to take one for the team without taking any real legal damage.
Yes - he gave them the hammer and nails to their own coffins. If there is proof they had knowledge of fraud - allowing them to be brought for certification would leave them dead to rights. The democrats are all in.
If the courts would have done their jobs I believe he may have denied certification but since they did not I feel that would have turned into a mess. Although I’m not super knowledgeable about laws because they’re intentionally convoluted and regularly broken without recourse.
Either Judas or Snape

Good point.
