Excuse my denseness, but how does that explain why he was an hour late showing up for the rally? And if he knew everything then why DID he direct people to the Capitol?

A guy called into Rush yesterday explaining that they left the Trump speech early to head down to the capitol and noticed that all the people pictured in the break in were already down there.
