Not yet. Considering they now say they're opening up, and the fact that the bill failed 3 seperate times in previous years, it's looking unlikely. But it would also be nconstitutional and sparsely enforced outside of the city like everything else. They just pick someone for a headline once in awhile and drop the charges when they run out of money (or in this case lawsuit), particularly before it gets to a higher court. I think they're actually backing down to ensure a smooth alleged transition. Jan 6 + steal + lockdown is too much and they like to toe the line
