I think you should't be able to intentionally turn a blind eye to a missing child in your area. I'm not saying you should get up and go search, but if you get an amber alert in the middle of traffic and you see the car and the plate numbers match...you'd save a life. I dunno just a thought.
You should be able to disable Amber alerts. Presidential alerts cannot be disabled....
