Umm honestly not sure about some of these.

RED2 specifies continental US so not sure that simply Trump being quiet makes sense. Twitter is also his main form of communication and since POTUS has been banned from the two twitter accounts he has access to, that would be like saying RED1 and RED2 are the same.

I do agree that RED4 seems active...

Today will hopefully be full of surprises. I am really curious if Pelosi is going to be a no show again.

Maybe RED2 could mean the social media purge of Trump's team and supporters. If they don't have social media you won't hear a peep.
