Q is all about optics and hidden messages - how many nights as the White House been nearly blacked out? correct me if I am wrong but the past several nights the WH has been VERY dark...along with that it would appear that every night a country, or parts of a country, as experience blackout all over. There are blackouts ALL over Iran right now. Every major city has had their electricity cut.
