Has that type of statement ever been made before? I'm a vet myself, and I went through presidential changes of command, and I honest to god can say I never saw one of these.

I want to know if any of those people (with signatures posted) will come out and confirm it's fake and actually look into it. I know I'd be mad if someone faked my signature and posted it online, and I'm not in the sort of power that they are.
