Would you please elaborate?

I understand the 4th of March used to be day of inauguration of US Presidents in the past up to early 1900's (I think), but the link with understanding of what is happening to your country today somehow escapes me.

Thank you for the link, so it was from 1789 to 1933. Interesting document and reading, but still can't find how is the date relevant to what is happening now.
