OP is referring to NESARA. Trump signed EO in November that sets it up. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-establishing-presidents-advisory-1776-commission/

Your link points to Trump's EO establishing his advisory commission, its members, funding etc. That seems very little to do with NESARA - National Economic Stabilisation and Recovery Act. Am I missing something?
