basically, FEMA was enacted in ALL 50 states on 3/13/20 for COVID. Trump just declared emergency in DC and called in FEMA. Trump just fired the DHS secretary a couple days ago and replaced him with the FEMA director so both are now controlled by a former Marine! FEMA can suspend the constitution, arrest without warrant, forcefully move citizens from one location to another etc.
