Just looked up his name on DDG and there were 3-4 pages only dealing with this story. He was not listed in the white pages, so I have a lot of suspicion about this story.

Also, very few people with the last name Georgia. It's mostly used as a first name, I believe.

I could be wrong but I think they just left out the comma between his name, state of residence, and age.

Read on in the story. I thought that at first too. They actually refer to him with just his last name later on.
