Ok, what's the message?

First thing that stands out to me is the way Trump's holding his Accords awkwardly to the right, with his hand partially covers by the guy next to him.

The fingers stand out, but I can't figure out the significance?

Looks like 13 fingers are touching the actual signed Accord documents (between all four signees). Today is the 13th?

I dunno, probably nothing.
