If Q doesn't do this RIGHT in accord with the rule of law, then the Republic is truly dead and over. In the Wars of the Roman Republic, part of the reason why Caesar and the Senate went to war is because everyone was breaking the law, then using the others breaking of the law to justify their own breaking of the law. The law was in tatters and when both parties were not subject to the same law, then it turned into lawlessness, and whoever was the strongest would rule.
It must be done right.
It must be done according to the rule of law.
It must carry weight.
It must be proven in the court of law.
