Look. I'm a slightly above middle aged man. Gen Xer and Fear Inoculum is my favorite album of the past 30 years.
I can see the applicability of the lyrics to what were going through.
Descending (my favorite song on the album) has relevant lyrics. Particularly these two verses which speak aptly of waking up and fighting:
Invincible (seconds fav on the album) could relate to middle+ aged men feeling the pull of defending the republic.
It's just a masterpiece.
