I don’t think so, she looked and sounded like normal yesterday during her speech. I think this photo just caught her looking crazy.

Agreed although clothing and mask are the same as she wore yesterday. Maybe opportunist pause in video could be responsible for the image. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mV7tVIJmoaE

That was signed yesterday. She states “today in the house....” Shes crazy but not crazy enough to wear the same clothes two days in a row.
