but why appoint special counsels to Hunter and Dominion if the plan is supposedly everyone is going to get rounded up and arrested, etc etc? I really really like the idea of everyone getting rounded up and arrested more than special counsels on Hunter and Dominion

It's not going to happen , sorry. This is not a movie it is real life . The special counsels are a way to try and hold these scum responsible for their corruption after he leaves office

If he leaves office, however, the corruption and fraud taking office after him can certainly render the investigation moot. It seems like something pointless to do if he's leaving soon.
