I don't think he is the one that took the laptop despite what the article says.

He supposedly was the one that put his feet on her desk and took a picture but I am fairly certain he did not take the laptop. Those people have not been identified and looked to be wearing full riot gas-masks, almost like they knew what they were going to do!!!
