The bottom white thing looks skeletal but it kinda looks more like a halloween prop than an actual skeleton. A bit too whitewashed and clean. Also, the handprints are too ... neat? Like it doesn't look like an actual bloody hand made that but looks more decorative TBH, like when people are making those haunted houses for entertainment purposes. Just my observations. The other comments here are more probable, might be from a movie or video game.
