Part of the plan I think, although I feel like a lot actually may have hinged on people showing up to vote for DJT like they did in order to force them into showing get their hands. Ballot stuffing in major cities was plan A, electronic manipulation was one of a few backup plans I think, because Trump voters outstripped what they expected. We are all Q
