So I do financial planning for Federal Employees. I work virtually and I work nationwide. One of my clients who works with HUD in Sacramento just told me this today:
“We just had a meeting discussing the transition to the new administration. And we were told to stay home next week and work from home.”
I asked him if they said why, and he said:
“Because they said that they expect lots of of riots around Northern California especially San Francisco.”
It made me think...
They made them stay home on the 6th too, and nothing happened.
CA state is only allowing a max of 25% to work in office, so this didn't change much.
