Interesting since the UAE has this Plane in military use. https://www.militaryfactory.com/modern-airpower/aircraft-united-arab-emirates-air-force.asp Number 14 on the list.

And if you zoom in on Charleston, it started it's flight at the Charleston Convention Center, not any airport. So my question is....is this when his transponder was turned on ? Sorry, new to plane fagging.

It actually looks like it came off of runway 15/33 at Charleston International and flipped the transponder on once it was in the air. Charleston Air force Base is connected.
