Depends if you follow the 'War Castles' Maritime law theory of Russell-Jay: Gould

He is apparently the post master general and owns the US or something like that and has come up with a perfect grammer for contracts so people can no longer be tricked.

Or maybe Trump is restoring the republic along with Flynn, etc. Maybe both?
