The best thing you can do is write out your entire redpill path in great detail including thought process/logic used. No emotion.

For me it was:

Why is the media lying about Bernie?

Why is the DNC ignoring the voters?

What else are they lying about?

Trump is an asshole, but he's not that bad.

Are they lying about Trump?

Who benefits from these lies?

...

We are at war with China and their globalist masters who have infiltrated all levels of American society in a conspiracy to demoralize, control, and oppress the American people.
