People who read Q drops do not "believe" one thing. So to ask "do qanons believe the illuminati rule the world" is a overly specific question that can't truly be answered across the board that simply.
But I can give you a universal answer: All people who read Q drops and who believe more than 5% of the content in Q posts believes that there is intentional massive global corruption for the interest for the indended demise of the many and we all want that to stop.
That feel when people expect a yes or no when the answer would fill a book xD
