I remember Chris Miller saying he and pence worked on the most elaborate military operation ever and I refuse to believe that was distributing vaccine. Fedex can do that

its just a challenge coin. Common thing in the military when enlisted/lower rans interact with brass/higher ranks. It's like an unofficial commendation. Not a huge deal.

I've heard a few comments that say that stuff is frequent within the military between subordinates and superiors.

Also, there are many rumours (supported by many q drops such as 855/22/17/14 but ESPECIALLY 22).

But no I have no idea what that coin might entail.
