Which way is the barbed wire pointing? Into the Capitol or out? Haven't been able to figure that one out. Seen both in different pictures, but it's hard to tell.

In the video, the guy putting it up was clearly "inside" and then he was placing it facing him, where it would threaten someone inside the most
