7500ft right now decreasing, wonder if castle rock is a nuclear fallout station where they beam the gbs signal since it has high elevation, etc and in the northern hemisphere where starlink mainly resides

Not that high of elevation. Denver and castle rock are located well east of the foothill of the Rockies.
