Maybe because no people will show up and this is their excuse why no one came. They have to hide the fact that no one likes him or supports him.

the DC NG does specifically answer to Trump, regardless of optics it doesn't explain FEMA being there, DC being declared state of emergency, Industrial grade fencing with razor wire, live rounds for NG, wtf is it for, not for optics
