I've read a lot of unimpressive things about Simon Parkes here, and tend to agree the more I look into it. Is Robert David Steele any better, or is that and equally poor use of time?

Thanks, that helps. Are they legitimate ex spooks? I've heard them make that claim, but it seems like something virtually impossible to verify.
