Damn it...according to this ^ it says PST, which would make it 1:54 PM EST. POTUS tweet says 1:37 PM which would make POTUS tweet come first unless he was posting from somewhere other than DC

This is what I see as well, and I made sure to account for the timezone difference by setting my PC's timezone correctly.
