Military build-up in DC. Possible explanation!

US military is not a monolith. Many generals have been installed under Obama and are commies. The other side are the oath keepers. A clash between these two factions is possible. That is why patriot missiles have been deployed inland. The question is which side is building up forces in DC?

I’m totally lost. I’m watching a video of DC and there are fence up everywhere. SS and military. Just saw 18 wheeler’s lining one street with more fencing? What heck is going on? DC is locked down...Why?!?!?!

A response to a perceived large threat. The air cap over DC looks like it is organized to reduce drone and missile threats.
