I've been researching shit for fifteen years so it crept upon me gradually. I try not to let it affect me. My wife thinks I'm crazy/obsessed. She copes by pretending that nothing's wrong "and, anyway, what can we do about it?"

I cope by relaxing and just accepting all the theories as unproven until it happens. I have learned not to discuss it with anyone unless they broach the subject first.
