I've heard they can cause sterility and can possibly shut your own natural immune system down and make you dependent on vaccines.
NOPE. Not doing it. I take as little medication as possible, now, and my immune system has never been stronger. I used to get sick ALL the time. Now I rarely get sick. Now, if I can't get well on my own I will go in and take something. I'm not crazy, but I like to let my body at least try on its own first. I've also found natural stuff that works for the things I'm most prone to getting. Neti pot for sinus infections, D Mannose for UTI's, etc.
