My photo I posted just now is the 3rd plane to leave Peterson Air Force base this week. I live 15mi from Peterson and see these 3-4 x a month but by the time they get to my house they are at higher altitude. Usually they are full/occupied if they are this low at my house. I live in Co Springs. 25 minutes from Schreiver AFB which has no airstrips. My husband has a Top Secret DoD clearance and has access to Schreiver, Peterson Air Force base, Ft. Carson and at times NORAD. He says things are normal with how access to bases is being done but the atmosphere has definitely changed. Also have seen quite a few F-16 and other jets, more than usual. Just saying.
There have been C 17s and C 130s ALSO F 16, F 17, F 35 JETS. I know what a
C 130/ C 17 look like they have BIG ROUND PROPELLERS IN THE FRONT . Been watching these planes fly around from my backyard for 17 yrs.

Just over rooftops. Peterson is only 10-12 miles from where I took the picture. He was climbing but slowly.
Tips of the wings on C-17s point up
looks like a C5 to me.
So C 130. Couldn’t make it out until I cropped my photo and enlarged it a few times.
Leaving what? The DC area?
