If Trump gave up, what point would it make to enact decrees 4 days before handing over power to Biden? But Biden can cancel them right away? Secondly, if the Democrats' announcements about harassing patriots are true, Trump would never expose his people to it. These moves would not make sense. I believe everything will be fine.
