The C-40 is the military version of the Boeing 737. Cargo and pax. San Clemente is a restricted area managed by the US Navy. SEALS train there. It was rumored to be a rendition site at one time.
Other two are heading north and out to Hawaii. Only one landed. Can't imagine why a 737 is needed to pick up a couple staff...
