My husband said something about sound bites? I’m not as tech inclined as he is. he wasn’t able to listen to it all yet.

I will say this was done right after the 6th. He comments about republicans trying to do the right thing. Reference yesterday.

The picture is glitchy. So I’m not sure mouth matches up to audio visually
