My belief is this: If arrests happen before the inauguration, it’s election fraud, not treason. After the deed is done, it’s treason, punishable by death. Our law doesn’t allow for pre-crime. I could be wrong. That’s where I’m at. Military coup & military courts will prosecute. FEMA has continuation of government powers.

the treason is the coup attempt. DNI report alleges foreign interference. if any American collaborated with a foreign country to steal an election, that would be treason. Electoral college certifying is treason. The second that Joe Biden finishes the oath, it is completely over.

I don't know law. My opinion is that is what makes sense. I know that I am still holding the line.

True. Unless that have some information about emails that were confirmed by a laptop...that could have had some treasonous content in them!
