No...they don't. During the curfew after George Floyd they went off to ENCOURAGE the curfew. The WH lights do not go off.

That means nothing to me, I live in DC. That was in June to encourage curfew after George Floyd died. The WH lights do not go off. It's swirling through Twitter rn
