Could the storm happen after 1/20? Could it happen even if Biden is president?

I don't see how Q's team could mobilize against Biden without starting a civil war. Biden would be commander in chief of the military. Perhaps Q has generals on his team, but Biden could sideline those generals.

I just don't see how this works with Biden as president.

Agreed, Biden absolutely cannot under any circumstances be sworn in. If he is, we'll know that the plan somehow failed.
