I have a brother in the Army and he says he's gotten nothing.

Edit: Also heard from the other in the Navy and he's gotten nothing too.

Army has to have congressional approval. There’s a reason only certain branches are being activated right now.

Coast Guard is funded through DHS ever since it was transferred from Dept. of Transportation to DHS I believe late 90's. I retired in 1994 from Coast Guard. Their responsible for Port Security, Inland Waterways, Maritime Law Enforcement, Fisheries, Ice Breaking etc. They come under Navy in time of War!
