He's referring to the abolition of USA INC.

This will be our one, true AMERICAN REVOLUTION. This will be the first time in our lifetimes that we are actually FREE!!!

The great experiment t gets a vote after 250 years. We choose the original version of our nation and original ideals. 3 percent made America. 85 percent now must agree to keep it that's a pretty good thing those men did in 1776. Let grab the freedom ring while it is within reach. For all mankind.
