SINCE WHEN DOES THE DEMOCRATS ONLY GIVE "sensitive career position for which candidates are selected, based on merit and free from political influence" WHAT ABOUT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION HIRING BASED ON COLOR AND GENDER THAT HAVE BEEN PART OF THE GOVERNMENT HIRING PRACTICES FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS????
