Another pede posted this morning that his Coast Guard friend got a call saying we’d moved to COGCON 2 and that other troops are getting this call.
Juan o savin is a figure, basically hes an anon who claims insider intel. And recently he made a movie where he visits coopers grave, who used to be great friends with. Juan is 100% pro q pro plan.
On board, I feel like this would happen at any large event with all 3 branches of government. As stated above... like the SOTU.
