He does NOT have to say the word "concede" in order for the transition to happen. Everything leading up to wednesday points to a transition actually happening. Regardless of our theories. Regardless of the Q thing. All signs point to biden.

The only thing that is NOT ordinary is the military force. That, we have NO idea what thats about. Speculate all we want, the chances of us being correct are very, very, very slim.
