What ever happened to the "devastating video" discussed during Trump and Raffensberger call?

In the leaked phone call with Brad Raffensberger, Trump mentioned a video that he has which he called "devastating". How come we haven't seen or heard about that video since then? Does it have anything to do with the recent FCC notifications and the EBS? ?

The video was posted.. and it should be stickied.. It shows them asking a supervisor to send the other people out of the room so Ruby and her mom can 'do their thing.' It's blatant..
