This is 100% legit, but twitter killed this immediately after he posted it.
It was posted briefly on the POTUS account after Trump's main account ban, then all the tweets were wiped before being restored to its current state.

My impression is that Trump is waiting until after the inauguration, then he'll announce he's backed Gab or something like that.
