When he doesn’t show up, with all of Congress waiting for him, we’ll then see the video (with Kamala and Nancy making appearances, too) and then because we have no President, the military will take over the government. And then the traitors in Congress will be arrested, followed by military tribunals, the real vote count being released, and President Trump being inaugurated at a later date (hopefully March 4th, like Lincoln).
