yeah i saw this too, is this the only military aircraft showing up right now? I filtered using the U button but see only this plane.

Normal times I'd say it's flying over and supporting a Ranger unit training out in the field. One of the battalions is stationed there.
It is the only military aircraft with the transponder on.
